In the pink tutu

And the bush wearing the pink tutu is . . . . a rhododendron in the four-square garden.  Sadly, this bush isn’t doing very well currently.  Not entirely clear why these shrubs do not like the eastern end of the garden.  They are well protected and perhaps the wall alongside them is somehow causing the problems.  Thee are a number of different varieties we planted in this area and generally very few of them are looking healthy.
